Guatephoto Festival is an international photography festival in Guatemala & Antigua, Guatemala now in its third year. Guatephoto invites photographers from around the world to submit their work to the Open Call until August 21st, 2015. CALL FOR ENTRIES: The Hariban Award

The Hariban Award, presented by the Benrido Collotype Atelier, is the first international competition celebrating the classic collotype printing technique. Professionals and amateurs alike are invited to submit monochromatic photographs for a chance to win this remarkable award, combining an 150 year-old analog technique with the new vision of digital-age photography. The winner will receive an expenses-paid trip to the ancient city of Kyoto to participate in the production of a collotype portfolio, which will be exhibited as an associated program of Kyotographie 2016. This year's Fotobook Festival Kassel features workshops, portfolio & book reviews, a book market, book exhibitions, and more! The festival's main program has three areas: On June 5th, the focus will be on current developments in photobooks from Spain and Portugal, with renowned photographers and curators. June 6th will be dedicated to authors and publishers of interesting fresh photobook releases. And June 7th will be dedicated to the man who has contributed more to the importance of the photobook than anybody else: Martin Parr. Festivities will also include parties, DJs and barbecues.
