PICTURE BERLIN's Summer Session 2013

PICTURE BERLIN's five week Summer Session is designed for emerging artists using the medium of photography. The dynamic programming involving lectures, one on one meetings with artists and curators, studio visits, panel discussions and film screenings, uses Berlin as a springboard to examine the thriving art scene.
The application deadline for Summer Session 2013 is Friday, March 1, 2013.

The 10th edition of the longest-running photo art festival in the Baltic countries, KAUNAS PHOTO festival 2013, is calling for works on the theme of celebration. Photographers from all over the globe are free to propose their series of documentary or conceptual works. They are looking for bodies of work and not single images.

Moving Walls 21

The Open Society Foundations invites photographers to submit a body of
work for consideration in the Moving Walls 21 group exhibition, scheduled to
open in New York in the Fall 2013. The Moving Walls exhibition series showcases documentary photography that highlights human rights and social issues that coincide with the Open Society Foundations’ mission.
