The 10th edition of the longest-running photo art festival in the Baltic countries, KAUNAS PHOTO festival 2013, is calling for works on the theme of celebration. Photographers from all over the globe are free to propose their series of documentary or conceptual works. They are looking for bodies of work and not single images.
Deadline is March 1st.
