New Mexico based CENTER has just released its 2014 Project Launch Grant recipient, Guy Martin. Martin is an English documentary photographer. His winning work City of Dreams takes a critical and cinematic look at the 2013 civil uprising in Turkey using parallels with Turkish soap operas to explore themes of modernity, conflict, and secular uprising.
