Daylight Photo Awards Feature: Christopher Capozziello
Posted by Daylight Books on
Christopher Capozziello’s series The Distance Between Us captures the relationship between Capozziello and his brother Nick, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy. The images and the accompanying narrative give us a glimpse of everyday life for Nick, the microcosm of the Capozziello family, and Nick’s process through surgery. The piece gives both the viewer and the photographer space to dwell on the dissonance of two lives.
