Addison Ripley Fine Art (Washington, D.C.) is pleased to present E. Brady Robinson's 'Art Desks'. For the past three years, Robinson has traveled throughout the East Coast documenting the workspaces of some of the most influential artists, curators, art dealers and collectors from New York to Miami. A mission, which Robinson describes as "the desk as portrait combined with the social experiment of navigating the art world."

Opening reception Book signing: Nov 01, 3-6pm
Exhibition runs: Nov 01-15

CALL FOR ENTRIES: CDS/Honickman First Book Prize in Photography

Co-sponsored by the Center for Documentary Studies (CDS) at Duke University and The Honickman Foundation (THF), this biennial competition is open to North American photographers of any age who have never published a book-length work and who use their cameras for creative exploration, whether it be of places, people, or communities; of the natural or social world; of beauty at large or the lack of it; of objective or subjective realities. The prize honors work that is visually compelling, that bears witness, and that has integrity of purpose.
