"Lakes Were Rivers" displays 11 artists in the Lakes Were Rivers collective focused on the process of discovery, on moments when the unexpected occurred and an unanticipated relationship between the Ransom Center collections and the artist's own work became apparent.

Moyra Davey: Hangmen of England

Davey is on view in Liverpool until 6 October 2013. This her first show in the United Kingdom and is showing images she has created using photographs she has taken in Liverpool and Manchester. These photographs are influenced by personal stories, as well as narratives drawn from literature and theory.
