Fraction Magazine relaunches with a new website and issue number 10. The magazine creates an alternative outlet for aspiring and established photographers to show there work outside of the gallery setting. Photography is a continually changing form, Fraction Magazine strives to vigorously examine the role that photography plays in society and how the medium is changing.
