LOOK3 Festival of the Photograph is a celebration of photography, created by photographers, for those who share a passion for the still image. The Festival features exhibits and on-stage appearances of three "INsight" photographers, as well as exhibitions, outdoor projections, workshops and interviews over three days and nights.

This year, LOOK3 will celebrate the work of Alex Webb, Donna Ferrato, Stanley Greene, David Doubilet, Lynsey Addario, Hank Willis Thomas, Robin Schwartz, Camille Seaman, and Bruce Gilden.

This year's Photo Review International Photography Competition will be juried by Peter Barberie, Curator of Photographs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and curator of recent exhibitions on Zoe Strauss and Mark Cohen. The Photo Review Competition enables thousands of people across the country to see the accepted work in our 2012 competition issue and on our website. Also, the prize-winning photographers will be chosen for an exhibition at the photography gallery of The University of the Arts, Philadelphia. Numerous Editor's Selections will be exhibited in several Photo Review web galleries. Awards include Camera equipment, software, cash.

The Photo Center 17th Annual Photo Competition Exhibition will be chosen by W.M. Hunt, esteemed Collector and Curator. This annual juried exhbition draws entries from across the country and around the world, and remains among the most popular shows in Photo Center's annual schedule. Selected entries will be exhibited at Photo Center in Seattle from August 3rd-September 18th, 2012. First, second, and third prize winner will take home $1,000, $500, $250 as well as $75 Gift Certificates of Blurb Scrip for each winner. CONTACT is an annual festival of photography in Toronto. Beginning April 27 for the month of May, over 1,000 local, national and international artists exhibit at more than 200 venues around the city. CONTACT is the largest photography event in the world, and a premiere cultural event in Canada.

This year's festivities include seven Primary Exhibitions, ten Public Installations and 32 Featured Exhibitions. This year, there will be 134 Open Exhibitions, showcasing over 1,000 artists across the city of Toronto. The festival will also feature a two-day portfolio reviews session with curators, art dealers, and publishers.
